The protein of eggs can be absorbed and digested better as compared with other protein sources and also which is considered to be one of the richest source of protein. The Yolk and white of egg have different nutrition’s. A raw egg yolk contains cholesterol, protein, calcium, phosphorus, carbohydrates, amino acids, fats, potassium, selenium, iron and vitamins. The egg white contains no cholesterol. Boiled eggs are very healthy and they don’t have as much cholesterol as scrambled, fried etc.
